A 2-day safari to Tsavo East National Park and Salt Lick Safari Lodge offers a mix of stunning wildlife in the vast plains of Tsavo East and a unique experience staying at the iconic Salt Lick Lodge, where you can observe wildlife from your room as animals gather around the waterholes.
DAY 1: MOMBASA – TSAVO EAST
Early morning drive to Tsavo East National Park. Commence the morning game drive through this largest park, with a chance to spot herds of Red Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, Buffaloes, Leopard, Waterbucks, Impalas and different bird species. Have lunch at Voi Wildlife Lodge or Shasha camp. After lunch, drive to Saltlick game lodge. Make gamedrive and check in at Sarova Saltlick Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the sarova Saltlick lodge.
DAY 2: SALTLICK – MOMBASA
After breakfast, depart for a morning game drive in the sanctuary. Make gamedrive till time for lunch. Have lunch at Sarova Saltlick Lodge. After lunch, check out of the lodge and drive back to your coastal hotel, arriving in the evening.
